However, we are aware that there are occasions when you may have to return something, maybe you’ve changed you mind, the item doesn’t suit for the purpose intended, you’ve ordered the wrong item or the item is faulty please call us to authorise all returns:

WE OPERATE ON A "RETURN TO BASE" POLICY

For returns please call us first on 07715129997 to obtain a return reference number before returning any goods.

Please note the following when returning your item:

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, order number or invoice number.
  • Any goods returned where the value of the goods has been deemed to be diminished then you may be liable for that cost and therefore risk not being issued a full refund or exchange.
  • If you are returning an item because it is no longer wanted, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Please always speak to us first before returning any items, this includes any warranty claims on air suspension bellows.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund to your credit card or original method of payment and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
